Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coastal areas of Guangdong. Locally, temperatures in the urban areas fell to around 13 degrees this morning. Exposed inland areas cooled more rapidly overnight under clear sky and relatively weak winds. Temperatures over parts of the New Territories fell to 10 degrees or below.

Weather forecast for today

Fine and dry. Rather cool in the morning. The maximum temperature will be around 18 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry with relatively large temperature difference between day and night for the rest of the week.
