Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The easterly airstream affected the coast of Guangdong moderated gradually today. The northeast monsoon reached the coastal areas at night. Locally, there were sunny periods and some haze. There were light rain patches in the morning and at night. Under the influence of the northeast monsoon, temperatures over southern China will fall significantly in the next couple of days.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Monday, 21 Jan 2019)

Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches at first. Dry with sunny periods during the day. Temperatures will fall significantly and will range between 14 and 19 degrees. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, becoming northerlies.

Outlook : Fine and dry in the following few days. It will be cold on Tuesday morning.
