Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing cooler weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, temperatures over the territory were generally three to four degrees lower then those of yesterday.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Cloudy and cool with one or two light rain patches tonight and tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be around 14 degrees. Becoming mainly fine during the day tomorrow with a maximum temperature of about 19 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh offshore at first.

Outlook : Sunny intervals on Friday. Temperatures will rise slightly during the weekend. Becoming cooler again early next week.
