Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon reached the south China coastal areas yesterday. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with a few rain patches. The visibility was rather low in some areas. Under the influence of the northeast monsoon, the weather over the south China coast will be rather cool with a few rain patches today and tomorrow.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Wednesday, 16 Jan 2019)

Cloudy with one or two rain patches. Becoming cool with temperatures ranging between 15 and 19 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh at times.

Outlook : Rather cool on Thursday morning and the weather will improve during the day. Temperatures will rise slightly during the weekend.
